Wavestore’s integration with Everbridge Control Center allows users to efficiently manage security operations from one screen to improve situational awareness and management of systems. This enables security personnel to take appropriate action when events occur in a timely manner, by using an information based system to proactively manage responses to incidents.

The Everbridge Control Center solution is integrated using Wavestore SDK, which allows clients to connect to a single server or to a multitude of servers depending on the size of the project. The platform can connect to each individual server within the solution, which can then retrieve a large amount of data to be processed and stored in the Wavestore server. This includes the current server status along with a list of available cameras, both live and recorded video, which provides the same user experience as the native WaveView client application. 2 way audio is possible from any supported device which is connected, enabling users to respond and manage events in real-time.

The Everbridge Control Center PSIM enables fast resolution, automated reporting, and complete audit trails of incidents. Furthermore, continuous process improvement initiatives are built into the solution, including training drills and system healthcare checks.
