PVW-12TE Sensor Speaker

The PVW-12TE is a cutting-edge sensor speaker that leverages passive infrared technology to detect human presence and sound two distinct messages based on daylight conditions or control input settings. This versatile unit is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, featuring a rainproof design that allows it to function effectively in various environmental conditions. The sensor speaker is equipped with an AND detection system, which offers more reliable protection by issuing an alarm only when detections occur simultaneously in both horizontal and downward zones.

This innovative device can record two different messages, each lasting up to 8 seconds, and plays one of them based on the lighting conditions or ARM/DISARM settings. Messages can be recorded through a built-in microphone or via a jack input that connects to external devices such as tape recorders or personal computers. Additionally, the PVW-12TE includes a trigger input that can activate a message, making it ideal as a sounder to deter intruders when connected to multiple sensors or controllers. The unit also comes with adjustable replay time, ranging from 2 seconds to 5 minutes, and a day light control feature that adjusts message activation according to the surrounding light levels.
