PR-11BE Photoelectric Beam Sensor

The PR-11BE is a versatile photoelectric beam sensor developed by TAKEX, suitable for a wide range of applications from residential to commercial security systems. This sensor is the first of its kind to be optimized for outdoor use, featuring a reflector-based design that simplifies installation by requiring wiring only at the sensor unit, making it ideal for locations where wiring both ends is challenging. The sensor provides effective coverage for outdoor distances up to 36 feet (11 meters) and indoor up to 49 feet (15 meters), with two types of attenuation sheets included for fine-tuning performance under different environmental conditions.

Designed to withstand high illumination fluctuations up to 50,000 lux, the PR-11BE includes a special external light compensation circuit and filter to cut visible rays effectively, ensuring reliable operation under exposure to sunlight, automobile headlights, and other strong light sources. The sensor's rotary optical system allows horizontal adjustments up to 90 degrees and vertical adjustments up to 10 degrees, providing flexibility in targeting specific zones. Additionally, response time and sensitivity can be adjusted via onboard controls to match security requirements precisely.
