Source Security Systems and the brands it represents use Authorized Registered Repairers for all its warranty repairs and claims.
Warranty
All products must be returned to Source Security Systems within the warranty period.
Within reason most warranty claims will be handled within 30 days.
All claims require a copy of the Source Security Systems warranty repair form completed and presented with the product when returning.
DOA Warranty
Products returned within 20 days of purchase will be replaced with brand new replacement products by the authorized repairer.
